OUR LEADERSHIP

Regina Padgett, President and Founder of New Generation Ambassadors International, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida with over 25 years of experience empowering children and families to reach their fullest potential, including their spiritual development.

Through her extensive experience, Padgett recognized the profound impact of open communication and fostering high expectations in children, not just academically and socially, but also spiritually. Inspired by her belief in the importance of nurturing relationships and preparing young minds to become strong and compassionate leaders, she established the New Generation Ambassadors International Summer Camp.

Driven by her faith and a deep sense of purpose, Padgett sees her work as a divine calling to spread love and empower others. She finds joy in giving back and considers it a gift from God to uplift and inspire those around her, nurturing not only their minds and hearts but also their spiritual growth.
